Stynox Wear is a clothing manufacturer specializing in ODM & OEM apparel production.

2. Orders & Payments
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Starter packs begin at 25 pieces per product category.
Quotes: Prices are provided upon request and may vary based on customization, fabrics, and order size.
Payments: All payments must be completed before production begins. Accepted methods include bank transfer, online payment gateways, or other agreed channels.
3. Customization
Clients are responsible for providing accurate design files, logos, and specifications.
Stynox Wear reserves the right to reject designs that violate copyright, trademark, or ethical standards.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Standard production time is 3–5 weeks, depending on order size and complexity.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location, customs clearance, and logistics partners.
Stynox Wear is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
Refunds or replacements must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Customized products cannot be returned unless defective.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (logos, text, images) is the property of Stynox Wear.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Client-provided designs remain the intellectual property of the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
Stynox Wear is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share client data with third parties except for logistics and payment processing.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sialkot, Punjab.
